Here are the steps and procedures we are implementing for this 2020 Christmas Tree Memory Trip at Timbuk Farms. We are updating this daily with the Guidance given to us from Governor DeWine office and implementing all the COVID-19 Safe practices for all our employee’s to be a safe workplace and environment for our customers.

• We ask all customers to wear a mask while in the lodge and standing in lines.

• All employee’s will be wearing face covering according to Ohio State regulations.

• Please maintain social distancing while in line and in the lodge. We will add extra space for all lines to help maintain social distancing.

• Santa and Mrs. Claus will be on Vacations this season. We will have a Life size statue of Santa for pictures and other new Photo Op locations on the farm.

• Most of our Canaan trees this year are close to our lodge and these will be walking distance. We have added more saws and sleds to accommodate.

• We will run the buses this season at half capacity (every other row of seats). We will disinfect seats between each use

• We have added additional express checkouts, shaking and bailing station outside of the bailer barn. This will help us reduce lines and maintain social distancing. (We will have more room in the lodge this season and will help maintain social distancing.)

• Concession will be open according to Licking County Health Department.  We will have no table seating in the lodge this season but will have some areas outside.
